Millstone Village Meeting 

2020 Annual Meeting Minutes 

November 10th, 2020 

Opening 

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., on November 10th, 2020, at Wallen Baptist Church by Ann Strebig. 

Present 

Ann Strebig – President, Jerry Vandeveer – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and four residents. 

Meeting Minutes 

Reviewed November 2019 and March 2020 meeting minutes. Motion to approve was made and accepted. 

Treasurer’s Report 

Jerry reported a balance of $24,042.04 as of October 31st 2020.  

Went over 2021 budget with an expected income of $57,853.90.  

Motion to approve treasurer report and budget was made and accepted. 

Open Discussion 

Trees, diseased trees, new trees 

Rip Rap of pond 

Pavilion, trash, increase in fishing, vandalism. 

Elect of Board 

Votes counted – Ann Strebig, Ado Kantaeivc, Jerry Vandeeveer, and Rachael Caldwell to remain board members.  

Adjournment 

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 8:04 p.m.

GARAGE SALE Sept 9-12th

Millstone Village, Hearthstone, Saddlebrook and other surrounding HOA’s will be holding their fall garage sale SEPTEMBER 9-12th from 8am til 5pm.

We will post it on the two entrance signs and there will be an ad in the paper. You are welcome to post your own garage sale signs, please pick them up once the garage sale is over or they will be thrown away.

Please do not tape signs to the light post, this creates damage to the costly light posts.

Millstone Village Meeting 

July 13th, 2021 

Opening 

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 6:48 p.m., on July 13th, 2021 at Dupont Library by Ann Strebig. 

Present 

Ann Strebig – President, Jerry Vandeveer – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, and one resident. 

Meeting Minutes 

Reviewed March 2021 meeting minutes. Motion to approve was made and accepted. 

Treasurer’s Report 

Jerry reported a balance of $41,450.63 as of May 31st 2021 and a balance of $34,562.61 as of June 30th 2021. 

Open Discussion 

Pond maintenance – talked about damn/pipe between two ponds that was repaired. 

Spoke about possibly getting new trees near Wallen road. 

Hartland sings concert coming up. 

Adjournment 

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m. by Ann Strebig.

FOOD TRUCKS coming to Millstone Village

We are trying to have some community events involving food trucks coming to the neighborhood.

Currently on the schedule we have:

GARAGE SALE June 3-6th

Millstone Village and Hearthstone will once again collaborate and be holding a garage sale the weekend of June 3rd thru the 6th, the weekend following Memorial Day.

We will have an ad placed in the paper and post on social media about the garage sale as well as put info on the signboards.

If you wish to put out your own signs that is okay, please remove them when the sale is over or they will be discarded in the trash.

Please also do not tape signs to any of the light posts, this damages the light posts and they are costly to replace.

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., on May 11th, 2021 at Dupont Library.

Minutes

Went over March 2021 meeting minutes, motion was made to approve, approved the minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

Reported a balance of $48,677.98 as of March 31st 2021 and reported a balance of $44.089.37 as of April 30th 2021.

New Business/ Old Business

We spoke about a possible community event, with Hartland Sings coming to Millstone in August.

Went over how a tree was planted a tree on Fox Orchard island, tree stumps, dead trees, and new trees.

Meeting Minutes

March 9th, 2021

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m., on March 9th, 2021 at Headwaters Church.

Present

Ann Strebig – President, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, Jerry Vandeveer – Treasurer, June Ball – Accountant, and 3 resident present

Minutes

Went over January 2021 meeting minutes, motion was made to approve, approved the minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

Reported a balance of $52,557.42 as of January 31st 2021 and reported a balance of $49,828.93 as of February 28th 2021.

New Business/ Old Business

Aquatic Management contract to be signed to continue service of pond maintenance.

A pump for the Wallen entrance pond needs replaced.

Wallen entrance lights are still being troubleshooted.

Multiple quotes for rip rap are continuing to be obtained.

Open Discussion

Architectural request form questions, such as when is it necessary. Answer was that anytime you are making a change to the exterior of the home or footprint of the property such as painting, landscape, in ground pool, and fence the form is needed.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
