Meeting Minutes

September 13th, 2016

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., on September 13th, 2016, at Wallen Baptist Church by Nicole Tribble.

Present

Nicole Tribble – President, Ann Strebig – Vice President, Christina Saylor – Treasurer, Rob Aplin – Attorney, June Ball – Accountant, and three residents

Approval of Minutes

Reviewed August meeting minutes, a motion was made to approve, seconded for approval.

Treasurer’s Report

June and Christina presented the financials for August, reporting a balance of $13,848.52 on August 31^st.

New Business

Reviewed two architectural requests.

Old Business

Call Harlow to get update ETA on sidewalk project.

Open Discussion

Heard from resident – they suggested a suggestion box, a reward for nicest looking house, and spotlight for homeowners.

Adjournment

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made and seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. by Nicole Tribble. The next general meeting will be held on October 11th, 2016 @ 7:00 p.m., at Wallen Baptist Church.

Garage Sale – Sept. 15th – 17th

Millstone Village will be teaming up with Hearthstone to hold a garage sale September 15th – 17th!

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m., on August 9^th, 2016, at Wallen Baptist Church by Nicole Tribble.

Present

Nicole Tribble – President, Ann Strebig – Vice President, Christina Saylor – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, Rob Aplin – Attorney, and June Ball – Accountant.

Approval of Minutes

Reviewed July meeting minutes, Nicole made a motion to approve, seconded for approval.

Treasurer’s Report

June and Christina presented the financials for July, reporting a balance of $13,649.60 on June 31^st.

New Business

No new business to present.

Open Discussion

Discussed a fall garage sale, will email Hearthstone again and/or pick our own date soon.

Discussed newsletter, board is planning to send out in October.

Discussed sidewalk repair, Harlow Enterprises was contacted and we are being told the sidewalk repair will now be done in September.

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m., on July 12^th, 2016, at Wallen Baptist Church by Nicole Tribble.

Approval of Minutes

Reviewed June meeting minutes, motion was made for approval and seconded for approval.

Treasurer’s Report

June and Christina presented the financials for June, reporting a balance of $17,593.89 on June 30^th.

Approved address change to: 3108 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne IN 46829-2467

New Business

Reviewed 2 Architectural Control Applications with residents present, one approval was made.

Open Discussion

Discussed a fall garage sale, currently collaborating with Hearthstone on a date.

Discussed sidewalk repair, Harlow Enterprises has it scheduled for August.

Reviewed possible welcoming committee paperwork to be given to new Millstone Village homeowners.

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m., on June 14^th, 2016, at Wallen Baptist Church by Nicole Tribble.

Present

Approval of Minutes

Reviewed May and April meeting minutes, motion was made for approval and seconded for approval.

Treasurer’s Report

June and Christina presented the financials for May, reporting a balance of $22,376.19 on May 31^st.

New Business

Reviewed 3 Architectural Control Applications with residents present, 3 approvals were made with stipulation of completion by October 1^st.

Discussed a fall garage sale, board will contact Hearthstone and try to collaborate with their fall garage sale.

Discussed sidewalk repair, Nicole has signed the agreement and is getting it back to Harlow Enterprises.

Open Discussion

Discussed with residents the small flags that have been appearing around the addition, it is “Baseline Communications”, Nicole spoke with them via phone and did not get an answer as to what they are for.

Discussed dying or dead landscaping, will look into options for removal.

Opening

The regular meeting of the Millstone Village Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., on May 10^th 2016, at Wallen Baptist Church by Nicole Tribble.

Present

Nicole Tribble – President, Ann Strebig – Vice President, Christina Saylor – Treasurer, Rachael Caldwell – Secretary, Bryan Martin – Maintenance, Rob Aplin – Attorney, and two residents

Approval of Minutes

April meeting minutes were unavailable, tabled until June monthly meeting.

Treasurer’s Report

June presented the financials, reporting a Total Liabilities & Equity balance of $32,616.41 as of April 30th, 2016. A motion was made and seconded for approval.

Approved June paying LEEPERS lawn service bill and AEP bill.

New Business

Discussed the sidewalk repair and the pond pump that had issues working and not working. The board believes the sidewalk is more imperative as it poses a danger to the residents. Voted to have the sidewalk between the two ponds corrected by HARLOW ENTERPRISES in the amount of $9,640.00

Open Discussion

Talked briefly with the two residents in regards to potholes and what 311 handles.
