May bi monthly meeting to be held Monday May 5th at 7pm at the Dupont Allen County Library.

Millstone Village holds two garage sales every year the weekends after Memorial Day and weekend after Labor Day.

This year they will be May 29th-31st and again September 4th-6th.

The HOA has a few signs they will put out , you are welcome to put out your own signs , we just ask you pick them up when the sale is over.

MVCA September 2024 Minutes 

Meeting was held at DuPont Library on September 17th and was called to order by Rachael at 7:01pm. 

Attendees: Rachael Caldwell, Lee Keefer, Austin Waikel, and Joel Targgart. 

Joel read the minutes of the July meeting.  Lee made the motion to approve and Austin seconded. 

Austin read the financial report which showed a beginning account balance on 7-1-24 of $35,128.65 and a closing balance on 7-31-24 of $31,324.59, and a closing balance on 8-33-24 of $27,976.74.  Rachael made a motion to approve and Lee seconded. 

Rachael reviewed the outstanding dues report.  Six dues are still owed in full, one has been partially paid. 

New item of business brought up by Rachael: snow bids.  Board members agreed to reach out to any contacts we know in the business.  Goal would be to have a per-hour cleanup bid, with a salt per-ton per our request bid.  We would request references and to be properly insured and bonded.   

Rachael made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:34pm, Lee seconded.  Meeting Adjourned.
