MVCA May 2025 Minutes
Meeting was held at DuPont library on May 5,2025 and was called to order by Rachael at 7:08pm.
Attendees: Rachael Caldwell, Lee Keefer, and Austin Waikel.
March minutes were read, approved by Lee, seconded by Austin.
Austin read the March and April financial reports which showed a beginning balance on 3.1.25 of $73,762.04, a closing balance on 3.31.25 of $73,109.41, and a closing balance of $70,369.53 on 4.30.25. Rachael approved and Lee seconded.
On old business, Rachel gave an update on the HOA fees due: 8 liens were still outstanding.
Rachael made a motion to adjourn at 7:25pm, Austin seconded.
